Business Acquisition/Sale Package

Included in the Package:

• An architect will verify with the Town Hall that the business has the necessary licences.
• He will also check if the existing licence is compatible with the intended business and confirm that the property has the appropiate characteristics.
• The architect will apply for an urban compatibility certificate from the Town Hall (taxes not included) (the estimated response time from the Town Hall is 30 days).
• Meeting with the accountant to determine the legal and fiscal steps required to implement a business start-up (setting up of an S.L., an S.A., self employee registry, etc…).
• Preparation of accountancy documentation and fiscal declarations.
• Applications for certificates that confirm payments are up-to-date with fiscal obligations, and certificates of possible social security debts.
• Our lawyer will draft the appropiate contract (sale, purchase, rental…) and revise any contract already in place with the business.
• Negotiation with all parties involved in the contract.
• Our lawyer will assist in the signing of any private contracts.
• And attend the notary appointment and inscription at the registry.
