In the heart of Dénia , where the streets hold memories and tradition, the story of Grupo Vives Pons begins .
It all started in a small wood-fired oven at number 9 Pare Pere Street, where Brígida, the founders’ grandmother, baked bread for her neighbors with the same care she gave them. That oven wasn’t just a business: it was a meeting place, a spot where trust, closeness, and commitment were baked every morning.

Over time, Consuelo Pons and Jaime Vives, the founders’ parents, kept the baking tradition alive and later dedicated themselves to another profoundly human profession: hospitality. For more than 50 years, their dedication shaped the social life of Dénia from iconic establishments on Calle Marqués de Campo, such as Restaurante San Remo, El Quijote, and La Tasca Eulalia. There, connections were forged, warmth was served, and community was woven.

From that legacy of effort and human touch emerged Grupo Vives Pons , founded by three brothers with a shared vision:

• Salvador Vives, lawyer
• Miguel Ángel Vives, technical architect
• Francisco Vives, economist

From a centuries-old building, where bread was once baked and conversations shared, the essence of what we are today was born: the only multidisciplinary company on the Costa Blanca , integrating legal, tax, labor, and accounting services under a single brand, along with architecture, interior design, construction, and real estate. A pioneering model that allows us to accompany our clients every step of the way, with a comprehensive vision and tailored solutions .

Our identity is reflected in two headquarters that symbolize this evolution:

• On Pare Pere Street, the origin, where ideas are still “baked” and the management of the entire group is coordinated.
• On Marqués de Campo street, our showcase to the world, where exclusive homes are designed and built that set trends in quality and lifestyle.
